of March 2013 in Nizherogdskaya region, Kstovo district as an international production company specialized in automotive access mechanisms: locksets, handles, latches.
Before spring 2013 the business had existed as part of Valeo Business group (worldwide European leader in automotive industry with 90 years of history).
of May Access Mechanism LLC merged with Japanese Ushin
company, top-performer in the Asian automotive market. This integration has given birth to a new biggest supplier of automotive access mechanisms with its global presence in 15 countries and with 8400 employees on its sites. Global presence:
