UNILIN (www.unilin.com) implements a project to build a plant for the production of laminate flooring in well-known brand Quick Step (Belgium) in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region.
The production includes the following process areas:
1. The press line plot — Pressing HDF boards with layers of the substrate, decorative paper and overlay.
2. The line cutting and milling plot — sawing laminated plate to the appropriate format and milling of the lock Uniclic.
3. Automated warehouse — fully automated warehouse for planks after milling line.
4. Finishing plot and packaging line — finishing of the bevel of laminate planks, packaging in boxes and stacking boxes on pallets with further packing pallets.
