ICANN members discussed industrial topics in the format of Industrial Tourism

AGC company held a tour for representatives of foreign business. The traditional Industrial Tourism event took place on November 16.

Two topics were presented to the participants:

Automotive Excellence System, which was presented by AGC representatives;
Customers problem solving as a leverage to diversification, by the representatives of A.Raymond RUS.

The plant tour was especially spectacular and helped to understand better the workings process of the glass-making enterprise. We thank AGC for their hospitality and the speakers for their interesting presentations.
