The Annual General Meeting was dedicated to summing up the results of ICANN's work for 2022, as well as plans for 2023. ICANN currently has 34 corporate and 4 individual members.
The results of the ICANN board elections were announced at the meeting.
- As a result of the vote, Yuri Molinov, director of IntelliVision, became the new Vice President of ICANN.
- Andrey Orlov, NOYTECH Regional Development Manager, took the position of ICANN Board Member.

The event was attended by invited persons:
- Head of the International Relations and Projects Implementation Department of the Department of External Relations of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Ksenia Tyubekina,
- Director of the Directorate for Communication Policy and Marketing of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation Dmitry Druzhkin, who shared their experience of interaction with ICANN.
