The event was dedicated to summarizing the results of ICANN's work for 2021. ICANN currently has 33 corporate and 7 individual members. Over the past year, 52 events of various formats were held.

The guests of the event were Olga Guseva, Director of the Department of External Relations of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Igor Ishchenko, Director of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Ruslan Badretdinov, Director of the Public Relations Department of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration, Artur Batursky, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Olga Guseva emphasized the importance of the organization's activities for increasing the investment attractiveness of the region and career guidance of Nizhny Novgorod youth.
As a result of the vote, Hugh Laurent, CEO of ARaymond Rus, became the new Vice President of ICANN. Galina Pogodina, HR Director of Unilin, took over as Chair of the ICANN Committee on Culture, Health and Social Policy.
